Outsourcea charges only for its own services: listing and membership plans, Featured placement and, where one is set, a platform fee. Clients pay companies directly, into the company's Outsourcea-verified account.

Every verified company is listed in the directory at no cost right now. The prices below apply once the launch period ends.

No platform fee
Prices are shown before you pay, together with the renewal date and how to cancel. An introductory price applies once per company per plan, to its first billing period. Plans renew automatically until cancelled.
Featured placement
Featured companies appear in a Featured block at the top of the company directory and its category pages. Featured is a paid placement: every Featured card carries a “Featured” label with an explanation, and the organic list below it is never affected by payment.

No platform fee.
Outsourcea takes no share of project payments today. If a fee is ever introduced, its rate is shown on each contract before work starts and applies only to contracts that start after that.
Payments go directly to the company's Outsourcea-verified account. Outsourcea never holds project money, and mediates if something goes wrong.
Transparency
Below the Featured block, listed companies are ordered by a visibility score built from the factors below. Featured placement is never part of this score, and a plan does not raise it: once listed, every company is ranked by the same rules.
Profile completeness
A logo, a clear description of at least 200 characters, your website, at least one active service and your categories.
Reputation
Ratings clients leave on your company's completed contracts. The more reviews you have, the more your average counts.
Delivery record
Contracts your company has completed on Outsourcea.
Win rate
How often clients award your company's proposals once they decide.
Responsiveness & activity
How recently a member of your team was active on Outsourcea.
Client interest
How often signed-in Outsourcea users with a verified email open your profile after seeing your company in listings (last 30 days). Signed-out visits are not counted.
Trust extras
An identity-verified company admin, a payment channel approved by Outsourcea Finance, and the age of your company account.
Cancel any time
Plans renew automatically. Cancel from your company's billing page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Outsourcea never sees or stores your full card number.
Refunds
A first plan purchase can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days. The Refund Policy has the details.
Project payments
Clients pay companies directly, using payment details verified by Outsourcea Finance. Outsourcea mediates if something goes wrong.
