These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including project posting, AI-powered tools, and third-party hiring services. By accessing or using Outsourcea, you agree to comply with these Terms.
To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. Users must:
- Provide accurate, complete information during registration
- Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account
Outsourcea allows clients to:
- Post projects
- Use AI-assisted chat features
- Engage with independent contractors or service providers
Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not post misleading, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
AI tools on Outsourcea help users generate text and communication related to projects. While we aim for helpful and accurate outputs, all AI-generated content is informational and should be reviewed before use. Outsourcea is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI suggestions.
Users may interact with and hire third-party professionals through the platform. Outsourcea acts as a facilitator and does not directly employ service providers. All agreements, payments, and disputes between clients and hired talent are their responsibility, though we may assist in resolving conflicts where possible.
Project payments go directly from the client to the provider, by bank transfer or the provider's own payment link, using payment details verified by Outsourcea Finance. Outsourcea does not receive or hold project money. In summary:
- Each payment, such as a deposit or a milestone, is requested by the provider through Outsourcea. The client sees where to pay only after Outsourcea Finance approves the request
- The client records when a payment is sent and the provider confirms when it is received. Outsourcea keeps the record and mediates if something goes wrong
- Outsourcea charges only for its own services: company listing plans, memberships, Featured placement and, where it applies, a platform fee on the payments a provider receives, billed separately by Outsourcea. Prices are shown before you buy
- Purchases of Outsourcea services are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details
- Plans renew automatically until cancelled, and refunds follow our Refund Policy
When you buy an Outsourcea service you accept the current versions of the documents below at checkout.
All content created by users remains their property. However, by posting content on the platform, you grant Outsourcea a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it for platform-related purposes. Our trademarks, branding, and software are protected and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
We may modify these Terms at any time, with updates communicated via email or posted on the platform. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Outsourcea may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. For questions or concerns, contact us at: support@outsourcea.com
